Lifetime Service comes with all bicycles purchased from ITSA Bike Shop. What does this include? Besides answering any and all of your bicycle questions and concerns, the service also covers the minor adjustments to your bike. This includes: airing up tires; shifting adjustments; brake adjustments; minor wheel truing; tightening of any loose parts; and much more. Basically, as long as our staff does not deem an adjustment as wear and tear, or a bend or brake. We've got you covered. This is of course, at the discretion of the mechanic servicing your bicycle, but you'll find that we are more than happy to go above and beyond to take care of you and your bicycle.

10 % Discount on all regularly priced parts and accessories for 1 year from the date that you buy a bicycle from us. We don't ask you to join a silly buyers club, because your patronage of this shop is simply put... a membership to the supporting members of people taking care of us and our families. Free Intro to Biking Class with bike purchase. We want to make sure that you know what you need to know about your bike. Shop friend, Messy Jessie provides the lessons and gives you great information about all things bicycle. Lessons are held once a month and an appointment is required, but do let us know if you have any questions about the class.
